Accounts Clerk

CapWest is seeking an Accounting Clerk to manage Accounts Payable and Receivable workflows. You will triage and upload invoices into Acumatica, prepare checks for approved payments, and reconcile vendor statements to catch discrepancies. The role supports timely collections and accurate books within our Canadian operations. You will maintain organized accounting folders, assist with AR statements, and contribute to ad-hoc projects as needed.
