Business Transformation Project Manager

Drive business transformation initiatives through disciplined governance, project leadership, and value tracking at Coke Canada Bottling's Toronto office. This Senior Project Manager leads the Business Transformation Office portfolio and supports high-impact, cross-functional initiatives. You will partner with business leaders, develop project foundations, manage risks, and hold teams accountable for commitments. The position also strengthens project management capability across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with leaders on cross-functional transformation initiatives Steward projects through approval and implementation processes Track scope, deliverables, timelines, risks, and issues Identify productivity opportunities and establish annual targets Support post-implementation reviews and portfolio priorities

Requirements:

Eight to ten years supporting enterprise-wide project initiatives Demonstrated charter development through post-implementation review Disciplined process management and detailed follow-through Clear executive communication and presentation capabilities Continuous improvement certification preferred Use transformation leadership, structured project delivery, and continuous improvement skills to advance Coke Canada's enterprise portfolio.
