Lead culinary quality at Milestones as a Sous Chef, using menu execution and team leadership to shape each location’s food program. This experienced Sous Chef role supports the culinary program at a Milestones location. You will drive food quality, maintain cleanliness, and help sustain high team morale. The position includes menu execution, systems improvement, workforce leadership, recruitment, training, development, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure food quality meets the highest standards Drive knowledge of the Milestones food program Execute menus and improve culinary systems Lead more than 20 teammates through recruitment and training Manage food, beverage, and back-of-house labour costs
Requirements:
Experience as a Chef or Sous Chef Leadership aligned with continued improvement and growth Commitment to culinary excellence and cleanliness Ability to encourage teams toward high standards Ownership of the culinary program at your location Bring Sous Chef experience, culinary leadership, menu execution, and food quality focus to Milestones’ restaurant program.
