Technical Center Team Lead

We're looking for a Technical Center Team Leadto oversee the daily operations of our Toronto repair center while actively contributing to technical repairs and customer satisfaction of walk-in clients.

This role is ideal for a hands-on technical professional who enjoys leading others, solving complex problems and delivering exceptional service.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Coordinating daily repair activities and team priorities
• Supporting and mentoring technicians
• Ensuring quality, efficiency and compliance with company procedures
• Diagnosing, repairing and calibrating electronic equipment
• Managing equipment flow from intake to customer pickup
• Collaborating with technical advisors to support customer service activities
• Monitoring repair timelines and shop performance
• Assisting with inventory management and branch operations
• Providing technical support and guidance to customers and team members

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

QUALIFICATIONS

• Technical diploma in Electronics or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience diagnosing and repairing electronic equipment
• Previous team leadership or coordination experience is an asset
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Valid driver's license
