We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Advisor to join our team. In this role, you’ll play an integral part in ensuring our customers and internal teams receive the highest level of support and service. Respond to parts inquiries from customers, technicians, and sales staff in a prompt and professional manner Navigate inventory and order management systems with efficiency Organize, move, and lift parts inventory (up to 50 pounds unassisted) Utilize the Reynolds system for parts sales and inventory control Maintain a strong understanding of inventory control best practices Support high levels of customer satisfaction and dealership standards Take on additional tasks as assigned to support department success Minimum 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred Strong knowledge of automotive parts and components Strong communication and customer service skills Dental / Vision / Health benefits package Comprehensive training and development support Positive, supportive team culture in a world-class facility #
