Key Responsibilities
• Lead complex client engagements in AI systems
• Define and influence client strategies and technical paths
• Develop AI solutions with an emphasis on reliability
• Contribute to improving the Headstart tooling and infrastructure
• Mentor team members and elevate project quality
Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in professional software engineering
• Strong background in managing executive client relationships
• Full-stack proficiency: Python, React/Next.js, and database technologies
• Experience in distributed systems design and API development
• Bonus: Founding engineer or early-stage startup involvement Drive innovation in AI development while enjoying the flexibility of remote work at Headstart.
