Become an integral part of the Northern Collaborative Baccalaureate Nursing Program at the College of New Caledonia. This full-time limited term role as an instructor focuses on delivering hands-on clinical experiences. The College of New Caledonia is seeking a sessional faculty member for the nursing program in Prince George, BC. Ideal candidates are Registered Nurses with a Baccalaureate or Master's Degree and possess recent teaching experience. You will contribute to nursing education while ensuring students gain practical, clinical skills in an engaging learning environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver clinical instruction for nursing students
- Develop and implement teaching strategies
- Assess student performance and provide feedback
- Promote a collaborative classroom environment
- Support the mission of the College of New Caledonia
- Registered Nurse with a Baccalaureate Degree
- Minimum 5 years nursing experience in relevant fields
- Experience in post-secondary teaching preferred
- Current registration with BCCNM
- Completion of PIDP is an asset
