Lead digital signage and technology deployments at Stingray in Montreal, using project governance and budget oversight to deliver complex client rollouts.
As Project Manager, you will own projects from initial handoff through final sign-off. You will manage timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, and client requirements. The role also includes mentoring Project Coordinators and coordinating with operational, account, design, installation, and vendor teams.
Key Responsibilities
Own client rollout lifecycles from scoping through final sign-off Create timelines, track milestones, and manage project budgets Identify delivery risks and implement creative solutions Lead client kickoffs and executive status calls Mentor Project Coordinators and delegate tactical tasks
Requirements:
Three to five-plus years of project management experience Experience with AV, digital signage, IT, telecommunications, or SaaS rollouts Proficiency with Smartsheet, Jira, NetSuite, and Salesforce Bilingual English and French communication skills Technical knowledge of AV systems and digital signage hardware Bring entrepreneurial ownership, technical understanding, and bilingual communication to Stingray’s Montreal-based deployment projects.
