Lead innovative energy projects as a Project Manager with WEG Electric Corp in Nova Scotia. Focus on complex initiatives that shape energy solutions and infrastructure. In the position of Senior Project Manager at WEG Electric Corp, you will be responsible for driving high-stakes projects from initial execution through final delivery. This role focuses on developing client partnerships and ensuring project excellence within the medium to high voltage sector. You will influence critical projects that enhance power generation capabilities while managing a broad range of project scopes and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all phases of significant customer projects
• Maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders
• Develop comprehensive project schedules and communication plans
• Direct problem resolution for technical and operational challenges
• Lead project financial performance evaluations
Requirements:
• 8-12+ years of experience in project management
• At least 5 years in electrical or industrial project management
• Bachelor's in Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent
• Familiarity with ERP systems and project management tools
