Job Overview We are in search of areliableHandymanwho can proficiently carry out differentremodeling and maintenance tasks on our properties. Your remodeling dutieswill involve tasks such as painting, plaster, windows, and hanging drywall.
Maintenance responsibilities include solving basic plumbing and electricalissues, as well as ensuring that the interior and exterior structuralcomponents, such as siding and sidewalks, are safe and in good condition. Youshould possess the ability to lift at least 50 lbs and be proficient inhandling hand and power tools. Prior experience as an electrician orcarpenter would be an added advantage. Duties and Responsibilities Carpentry and building envelope repairs Develop and Maintain Maintenance Plans Communicate with Contractors Follow and enforce Honeywell Safety protocols Know and Able to meet building Coderequirements. Assisting in Managing lifecycle design anddeployments Budget/schedule responsibility Track meetings and provide required reporting.
