You will facilitate the migration of ticketing systems and integrate telephony tools with Salesforce Service Cloud. Key Responsibilities
• Expand features in Service Cloud and Cloud Voice
• Implement a unique customer record in Salesforce CRM
• Contribute to incident resolution for customer support
• Collaborate on customer contact center migrations
• Participate in development and testing of solutions
Requirements:
• At least five years of experience in development
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification needed
• Expertise in Java, JavaScript, and Apex
• Knowledge of telephony and integrations with Salesforce
• Strong verbal and written communication in French Leverage your skills at COFOMO to drive impactful transformation for clients and excel in Salesforce development.
