As an Operations Training Specialist at FedEx, you will implement and assess training initiatives that support the company’s training strategy.
Key responsibilities
include managing the training curriculum, ensuring preparation for Package Handler events, and providing coaching to managers based on their development needs. You will also oversee continuous on-the-job training and address employee inquiries regarding training programs.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the training curriculum for all facility employees
• Ensure effective training events are conducted on time
• Monitor on-the-job training and guide managers
• Lead Package Handler retention team meetings weekly
• Provide follow-up coaching and feedback to managers
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• One year of instructor-led training experience
• Familiarity with field operations and training principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications
