Elevate quality standards as a Quality Engineer with Linamar Corporation. This role focuses on inspection procedures, root cause analysis, and PPAP process management to ensure compliance and excellence.
As a Quality Engineer, you will work closely with internal teams to maintain exceptional quality standards. Key competencies include developing inspection procedures, control plans, and managing supplier relationships effectively. You will also address customer concerns and ensure that all documentation meets compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop essential quality documents and manage compliance
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action meetings
• Complete Customer PPAP packages and maintain records
• Collaborate on ongoing improvement initiatives
• Train production staff on inspection procedures
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in automotive quality
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and GD&T standards
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in quality assurance and statistical process control Leverage your skills in quality assurance and engineering to make a significant impact at Linamar Corporation.
