Customer-Centric Store Supervisor

Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. is hiring at a local store to deliver health, beauty and convenience services with the customer at the center.

The role covers managing customer service functions including cash, cashiers and merchandising, while upholding store policies and safety standards. You will supervise cashier/merchandising staff, train team members, handle loss prevention, assist customers with product location, refunds and exchanges, and keep shelves clean and displays updated.
