Non-Ferrous Laborer

Our non-ferrous yard handles the highest-value scrap we process — copper, aluminum, brass, stainless, and specialty alloys. You'll work directly with customers and material, sorting, grading, and preparing for export.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sort non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminum, brass, stainless, alloys)
• Grade incoming material and assist with weigh-ins
• Interact with customers — explain grading and pricing
• Prepare and load shipments for export
• Operate forklifts and yard equipment as required

Qualifications

• Knowledge of non-ferrous metal grades (preferred — willing to train the right person)
• Strong attention to detail
• Customer-service mindset
• Forklift certification (or willing to obtain)
• Physical ability to work outdoors year-round
