As a Customer Experience Representative, you will connect customers with Indigo’s brand and products. You will support store operations through inventory, merchandising, and merchandise processing. The role also emphasizes welcoming service, customer feedback, and collaboration with Store leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers on the sales floor
- Use products to tell meaningful stories
- Conduct cycle counts and replenish stock
- Process returns and incoming merchandise
- Create visually appealing product displays
Requirements:
- Specialty or general retail experience preferred
- Adaptability and willingness to learn store operations
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor
- Ability to lift items up to 40 pounds safely
- Availability for 5AM starts and flexible schedules
