As part of the Health & Wellness team, you will directly assist clients with daily living activities and report important observations regarding their health. This impactful role is central to enhancing residents' lives at Revera.
Key Responsibilities
• Adhere to the established care plan under supervision
• Provide personal care, hygiene, and support
• Report any changes in clients’ health conditions
• Prepare healthy meals and assist with mobility
• Advocate for clients’ safety and well-being
Requirements:
• Graduate of Health Care Aide program or equivalent
• Background in senior care, preferably in health services
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Basic First Aid certification is recommended
• Willingness to undergo Vulnerable Sector Check Bring your compassion and expertise to Revera, providing crucial support to enhance seniors' quality of life.
