Azure data platforms and automation define this permanent, full-time Systems Developer role with Saskatchewan Distance Learning Centre in Regina or Saskatoon.
Reporting to the Manager, Information Technology, you will deliver analytical and technical solutions across the organization. The work spans Azure, Power BI, SQL, Python, PowerShell, PHP, integrations, and education applications. You will support systems serving K-12 education environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Azure cloud data platforms and automations
- Develop integrations between diverse software applications
- Create SQL queries for retrieval, manipulation, and reporting
- Test and debug applications and automations
- Monitor performance and address system inefficiencies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum three years of technical programmer or analyst expertise
- Strong Python, PowerShell, PHP, APIs, and SQL knowledge
- Experience developing and maintaining application integrations
- Knowledge of K-12 education software systems
