• Update and share delivery schedules with stakeholders
• Process customer orders and keep documentation organized
• Maintain office records effectively and efficiently
• Assist in preparing business documents and reports
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of administrative experience
• High school diploma or equivalent mandatory
• Strong focus on customer service and public interactions
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools required
