Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support the department team effectively
• Provide personalized spirit recommendations to customers
• Plan and host in-store tasting events regularly
• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising efficiently
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and cleanliness
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in spirits environment
• Leadership or supervisory background preferred
• Serve it Right certification or willingness to obtain
• Strong product knowledge in spirits is essential
