Key Responsibilities
• Perform general office duties to support sales activities
• Prepare sales documents such as proposals and contracts
• Maintain accurate profiles and databases of accounts
• Address client inquiries regarding event details and services
• Assist in coordination of functions and site visits
Requirements:
• Experience in hospitality, sales, or event coordination is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
