As a key leader in Sienna Senior Living, you will manage essential services within the retirement home. Your responsibilities include hiring and training staff, overseeing budgets and ensuring facilities are well-maintained. Your focus on quality assurance and risk management is vital to creating a welcoming and dignified environment for our seniors.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee operations of housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance
• Manage and train environmental services team members
• Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
• Develop and maintain departmental budgets
• Supervise waste management and external grounds upkeep
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in environmental services
• Two years in management or supervisory roles
• Strong background in building trades preferred
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Must pass Vulnerable Sector and Criminal Records Checks Bring your expertise and compassion to create a safe, vibrant community for seniors at Aspira Hygate Waterloo.
