Join the Government Services Integration Cluster as a Junior Business Analyst in Toronto, Ontario. Engage in business analysis, requirements management, and process optimization for I&IT initiatives.
As part of the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and document requirements. This role emphasizes business analysis methodologies, SQL/database analysis, and stakeholder engagement to enhance systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather and document business, system, and functional requirements
• Conduct business process analysis and identify improvement opportunities
• Create and maintain process flow diagrams and use cases
• Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops and stakeholder interviews
• Analyze existing systems for inefficiencies and improvements
Requirements:
• Proven experience in business analysis and requirements documentation
• Strong SQL/database analysis and Visio diagramming skills
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence for project delivery
• Understanding of OPS procurement and regulatory compliance
