As a Junior Server, you will support Servers across food and beverage service at Botanist. The role involves understanding menus, ingredients, and preparation methods while communicating with Front of House and Culinary teams. You will help create seamless guest experiences through accurate, professional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Servers during seamless, professional dining service
- Assist food and beverage presentation, timing, and accuracy
- Anticipate guest needs throughout each dining experience
- Set, clear, and reset tables precisely
- Keep service areas clean, organized, and stocked
Requirements:
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Passion for food, beverage, and guest experiences
- Strong communication, teamwork, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Serving It Right certification and Canadian work eligibility
