Join the Septodont team as a Set Up Operator I on the night shift in Cambridge, Ontario Be a key player in setting up inspection, labeling, and packaging equipment while ensuring smooth operations.
This important role requires a high school diploma and at least one year of manufacturing experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals, food, or cosmetics. You will set up machines, train new operators, perform basic troubleshooting, and assist with preventative maintenance. Your work will support our commitment to excellence in health and well-being through our innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Set up and disassemble inspection, labeling, and packaging machines
• Train new ILP operators on machine operations
• Troubleshoot and perform basic mechanical adjustments
• Report equipment issues to the maintenance team
• Monitor supplies and inform supervisors when restocking is needed
Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• Minimum one year in manufacturing; two years preferred
• Experience in pharmaceutical or food industries preferred
• Mechanical aptitude essential
• Ability to work any shift in a 24/7 environment Utilize your skills in a meaningful role focused on health improvement and operational excellence at Septodont.
