Key Responsibilities
• Enforce Fairmont’s Service Promises and standards
• Supervise floor activity and lead by example
• Communicate effectively with Event Managers
• Promote Health & Safety and Sustainability policies
• Conduct performance reviews of colleagues
Requirements:
• Post-Secondary Degree in Hospitality a plus
• Minimum two years in event leadership or luxury service
• Proven leadership and excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Sales & Catering Opera Bring your organizational skills and leadership to create unforgettable events at Fairmont Waterfront.
