Key Responsibilities
• Assist patients via phone and manage meal orders
• Record patient orders accurately using software
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for nutrition needs
• Ensure compliance with ARAMARK's operational standards
• Uphold patient confidentiality and safety standards
Requirements:
• Customer service or call center experience preferred
• Previous food service or dietary clerk experience ideal
• Fluency in English; bilingual skills a plus
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
