key responsibilities
will involve working with Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native technologies to ensure high performance and reliability in routing decisions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design real-time routing engines for enterprise-scale interaction
• Implement intelligent algorithms based on skills and priorities
• Ensure system availability and scalability under load
• Maintain APIs for routing configuration and integration
• Optimize systems for fault tolerance and performance
Requirements:
• 8+ years in software engineering with distributed applications
• Expert in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices
• Experience in contact center routing logic development
• Knowledge of ACD concepts and queue management
