Join Redpath Sugar as a General Labourer supporting our Belleville plant's packaging and blending operations, honing your skills in a robust manufacturing environment. As part of our team, you'll operate packaging and mixing equipment on a MAD rotation of 8-hour shifts, transitioning as needed to 12-hour shifts. We emphasize excellence in communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety. Your role will be pivotal in preparing materials, weighing ingredients, and ensuring adherence to quality requirements in our state-of-the-art facility.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare materials and weigh ingredients for blending
• Operate mixing equipment following quality standards
• Participate in packaging line operations
• Conduct cleaning and sanitation tasks in the plant
• Ensure proper documentation and sampling activities

Requirements:
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
• Proficiency with hand tools and digital scales
• Experience in manufacturing or food production preferred
