Do you enjoy customer service and want to join a dynamic team? Grenier Chrysler Montréal Est is looking for a Part-Time Evening Receptionist to warmly welcome our customers and support dealership operations.
Schedule
- Monday to Thursday
- 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers upon their arrival at the dealership.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service.
- Perform various administrative and support tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Complete any other related duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Friendly, professional demeanor and polished appearance.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications.
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Reliable, punctual, and well organized.
- Knowledge of SERTI software (an asset).
