Key Responsibilities
• Lead strategic financial initiatives and long-term planning
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Manage accounting operations, audit processes, and compliance
• Mentor the Finance and Administration team for development
• Support modernization and process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• CPA designation or equivalent accounting qualification
• Extensive finance leadership experience in complex environments
• Proficient in audit management and financial reporting
• Experienced working with executives and finance committees
• Familiarity with NGO or mission-driven organizations preferred Bring your expertise in finance to drive effective governance and operational success.
