GIS Student Internship in Caledon

Key Responsibilities
• Support staff with GIS phone and email inquiries
• Troubleshoot GIS issues, including map updates
• Document GIS processes and create new guidelines
• Log and manage calls from internal staff
• Escalate unresolved issues to GIS team members

Requirements:
• Enrolled in Information Technology, Geography, or related field
• 0-3 years of experience with GIS tools and ESRI software
• Familiarity with ArcMap and ArcGIS Pro
• Proficient in MS Office applications
