Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Management, this critical role focuses on creating scalable learning strategies that enhance colleague proficiency. You will analyze learning needs, oversee content development, and collaborate with various stakeholders to align learning solutions with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain the CBCC learning roadmap
• Translate business needs into learning strategies
• Conduct performance gap assessments with leaders
• Apply instructional design principles for effective content
• Coordinate across multiple learning initiatives and timelines
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Learning & Development or instructional design
• Expertise in adult learning principles and methodologies
• Proven experience in designing complex learning solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• University degree in a related discipline Drive performance through learning innovation and strategic collaboration at TD in Toronto. #J-18808-Ljbffr
