This position requires engagement with various departments, including Finance and Engineering, to ensure optimal project management practices. Reporting to the FLX PMO Manager, you will collect and analyze project information, monitor budgets, and assist in implementing new projects. Your role will influence project performance significantly while managing stakeholder expectations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Track and improve project management practices
• Support bids through harmonized services and data validation
• Maintain comprehensive dashboard for project reviews
• Ensure milestone tracking and report accuracy
• Collaborate on financial management and documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in project management or related area
• Min 3-5 years experience in PMO or project management
• Strong budgeting and reporting skills
• Experience in public financing desired
