As the Technical Leader in Structural Engineering at PRI, you will spearhead the technical development of our practice across British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario. This senior role focuses on maintaining high engineering standards through meticulous project oversight and guidance to emerging engineers. Collaborate closely with a cross-discipline team to enhance structural design and build a reputation for quality work.

Key Responsibilities
• Act as the technical authority for project execution
• Ensure adherence to rigorous quality standards
• Develop and refine the practice's technical guidelines
• Mentor engineers towards achieving professional status
• Promote innovative engineering practices and tools

Requirements:
• Valid P.
Eng. registration or eligibility in EGBC
• Over 12 years' experience in structural engineering
• 5+ years' experience in leadership and mentorship
• Profound understanding of material systems and codes
