Shared Health is searching for a part-time Nursing Assistant at the Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg. This position requires a high school diploma and completion of a Nursing Assistant program. Key skills include effective communication, teamwork, and the ability to maintain the cleanliness of the patient care area while providing excellent support to your colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform a variety of clerical tasks for the unit
• Ensure the comfort of patients through direct assistance
• Maintain cleanliness of the area based on occupancy
• Organize and prioritize assigned workload effectively
• Communicate clearly with team members and patients
Requirements:
• High school education is mandatory
• Completion of Nursing Assistant or equivalent programs
• Competency in medical terminology required
• Basic keyboarding skills and effective communication
• Previous related experience preferred Bring your dedication to patient care, effective communication, and organizational skills to Shared Health as a Nursing Assistant.
