Become an integral part of student success as a Substitute Teacher at St. Teresa of Calcutta Catholic School. Engage with elementary school students and foster their growth in a supportive Catholic environment.
Working on a part-time or full-time basis, you will provide essential instructional support across two campuses in Hanover and McSherrystown, PA. Your role involves creating effective lesson plans, observing student behavior, and steering classroom dynamics positively. Nurturing the students’ academic journey aligned with Catholic values is paramount.
Key Responsibilities
• Follow and enhance existing lesson plans
• Guide and assist students in various subjects
• Assess and report on student progress
• Facilitate diverse educational activities
• Supervise class projects and events
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in education or similar field
• Effective communicator with students and parents
• PA State clearances must be met
• Age requirement of 21 years or older
• Preference for candidates with teaching certification Use your educational expertise to inspire and guide students at St. Teresa's in their formative years.
