Reporting to the Supplier Relations & Logistics Manager, your focus will be on meeting logistics needs for major retailers. You’ll ensure compliance with legal shipping standards and streamline coordination between suppliers and transporters. Your expertise in customs regulations will be vital for smooth cross-border operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Request and analyze quotes from freight services
• Monitor shipment status through multiple channels
• Check shipping documents for accuracy before dispatch
• Resolve logistic challenges in a timely manner
• Collaborate with teams to enhance shipping efficiency
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• At least 3 years in logistics coordination
• Familiarity with international shipping laws
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Utilize your logistics knowledge to support WestGroupe’s mission while enjoying a warm and dynamic work environment.
