Key Responsibilities
• Clean and sanitize dishes and kitchen equipment
• Set up dining service areas with clean dishes
• Replace linen and replenish supplies on tables
• Clear and wipe down trays and surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by mopping and sweeping
Requirements:
• Command of the English language
• Strong commitment to teamwork and customer service
• Flexibility in working various shifts, including weekends
• Excellent attention to cleaning details
