Required Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have:
Successfully completed this course or one similar
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
An enthusiastic and professional attitude towards teaching
Demonstrated competence with Matlab in solving thermo-fluid problems
Demonstrated competence with RETscreen for designing solar-wind hybrid systems
Demonstrated competence with COMSOL for designing thermal systems
Demonstrated competence with EES for designing thermal systems
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates meeting the required qualifications will be evaluated on the following criteria:
Subject matter expertise
Interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Teaching experience
Teaching effectiveness
Laboratory experience related to course material, including use of Matlab, EES, HOMER, and/or Retscreen
