As the Manager of HR Services, you will oversee critical HR processes and programs while ensuring compliance and policy adherence. Your role includes championing digital transformation efforts and fostering a customer-focused culture. You will lead a team dedicated to high-quality support, onboarding, and efficient service delivery, driving improvements that impact employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and HR inquiries
• Lead continuous improvement with AI and automation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance service delivery
• Manage SAP system for data integrity and reporting
• Foster a high-performance culture within the team
Requirements:
• 5+ years of HR operations experience
• Strong project management and planning skills
• Knowledge of HR processes and compliance
• Experience with HRIS like SAP or Workday
• Familiarity with AI and digital tools in HR Drive HR innovation and enhance the employee experience with your leadership skills at Maple Leaf Foods.
