• Train and coach employees on policies and procedures

• Ensure loss prevention and shrinkage policies are followed
Requirements:
• Proven retail management experience
• Strong leadership and training skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Commitment to create a positive work culture
