As an on-call relief carrier, you will sort and deliver mail across various communities, offering reliability and organization. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy autonomy and have experience driving in different weather scenarios. You may have the chance to transition into a permanent mail carrier position.
Key Responsibilities
• Sort and deliver mail accurately and safely
• Familiarize yourself with local infrastructure for efficient delivery
• Secure mail items throughout your deliveries
• Process specific CPC services timely
• Ensure Canada Post identification is worn visibly
Requirements:
• Valid class 5 or G driver's license
• Proven safe driving history
• Vehicle capacity of 50 cu ft minimum
• Ability to handle items weighing up to 50 lb
• Interview requirement and recent driver’s abstract needed Support your community by delivering mail through Canada Post in this rewarding role.
