Lead production at IMP Aerospace & Defence as a Cable and Wire Harness Supervisor in Hammonds Plains. Oversee all manufacturing activities to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
You will coordinate the daily operations of cable and wire harness assembly while meeting departmental safety and productivity objectives. With over six years in electrical assembly manufacturing and three years in a supervisory role, you will utilize your expertise to manage workflows and support employee performance. Your role encompasses compliance with IPC standards and collaboration with engineering and quality teams for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise cable and wire harness manufacturing processes
• Plan work orders and allocate personnel effectively
• Ensure compliance with IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Address material shortages and operational bottlenecks
Requirements:
• Minimum six years in electrical assembly manufacturing
• IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification preferred
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and specifications
• Strong knowledge of AS9100 quality system
• Effective communication and multitasking skills Utilize your leadership and technical skills to enhance cable and wire production at IMP Aerospace & Defence.
