This full-time permanent Hand Therapist position suits a Registered Occupational Therapist with stated hand therapy experience. You will treat trauma, surgery, and repetitive strain conditions while supporting plastics and fracture clinics. The program connects hospital consultation with follow-up rehabilitation at SE Rehab Health Clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan individualized treatment programs for upper extremity injuries
- Deliver post-surgical care and therapeutic interventions
- Provide splinting, wound, and scar management
- Support surgeons during plastics and fracture clinics
- Provide assessments, exercises, and follow-up treatment
Requirements:
- Registration as an Occupational Therapist in good standing
- Three to five years of hand therapy experience
- Hospital plastics clinic and surgeons support experience
- Current Basic Life Support certification
- Ability to work across both Richmond Hill sites
