Embark on a career journey as an Intern Analyst at CC&L Financial Group's Crestpoint Real Estate team in downtown Toronto. Take part in a four-month internship focusing on asset management and investment processes.
This opportunity is tailored for third or fourth-year undergraduate or MBA students specializing in Real Estate, Finance, or Commerce. You will engage directly with asset management professionals, assisting in financial analysis and reporting. Gain firsthand experience in property valuation and ESG initiatives while enhancing your analytical and communication skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in preparing financial reports and property valuations
• Collaborate with various organizational teams for project support
• Conduct analysis of leases and cash flow projections
• Engage in the acquisition and disposition underwriting process
• Evaluate economic and market data for strategic insights
Requirements:
• Enrolled in an undergraduate degree or MBA program
• At least one relevant internship or co-op experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint required
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Build foundational skills in real estate and asset management during your time with CC&L Financial Group.
