• Organize and execute plant trials efficiently
• Lead documentation of trial results and reports
• Manage raw materials inventory and updating files
• Monitor adherence to product quality during production
• Evaluate sensory aspects of products for quality assurance
Requirements:
• Science degree or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent computer skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
