Become a part-time Payroll Coordinator at ERCO Worldwide in Mississauga, ON. This role entails managing payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate employee payments.
As a key member of the Human Resources team, you will support the payroll and HRIS operations part-time for approximately 16 hours weekly. Your responsibilities include answering payroll inquiries, auditing payroll data, and maintaining payroll records in compliance with regulations. You will also assist with year-end payroll activities and collaborate closely with HR and Finance teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide daily administrative support to payroll operations
• Monitor payroll inquiries via shared mailboxes
• Conduct payroll audits to ensure compliance
• Support data entry and payroll transaction reviews
• Maintain audit-ready payroll documentation
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required, Business College Diploma preferred
• Minimum 1 year of US and Canadian payroll experience
• PCP designation preferred or in progress
• Strong collaborative skills and initiative
