As part of the service team, you will be tasked with coordinating preventive maintenance and Brush Butler appointments. Reporting to the Director of Service, you will ensure timely communication with technicians and manage customer service documentation efficiently to support smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage weekly preventive maintenance scheduling for services
• Confirm scheduled PMs to prevent interruptions
• Communicate all necessary details to technicians for upcoming tasks
• Gather and update customer PM documentation regularly
• Schedule Brush Butler appointments as needed

Requirements:
• Must have a High School Diploma
• Proficient analytical skills for data handling
• Experience with Excel macros is an asset
