Montessori Childcare Supervisor Role in Ontario

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise children and educational staff
• Ensure adherence to provincial and municipal childcare standards
• Develop and implement Montessori and nature-based curricula
• Collaborate on budgeting and operational planning with the Board
• Oversee enrollment and manage community partnerships

Requirements:
• Current RECE certification with the College of Early Childhood Educators
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in licensed environments
• Strong proficiency in communications and organizational skills
• Knowledgeable about CCEYA and CWELCC guidelines
• Valid Vulnerable Sector Check and current immunizations Utilize your leadership skills to foster a rich learning landscape for children at WMCC.
